For 2024, JTK & PARTNERS will start the year with an additional associate attorney at law. Dr. Alexandra Bajtainé Dr. Cserjés passed her bar exam in 2023 and since then she has been contributing to the growing success of our firm with her professional commitment and excellent expertise as a lawyer.

Alexandra's primary areas of expertise include real estate law, NGO legal matters (NGO sector) and efficient claims management. Her commitment and experience enables us to provide our clients with a wide range of legal support, helping our partners to overcome challenges in these areas. Our colleague graduated from the University of Miskolc and spent her trainee years at our Law Office.

Important final decision in a case concerning unlawfully withdrawn EU funding

The Budapest Court of Appeal overturned the first-instance judgment in favor of our client in a case concerning an EU tender. The significance of the decision is that the court clarified that a mere change in technical parameters (in this case, the location of the project) does not make the subsidy recoverable if the tender has otherwise been implemented.
