The JÁMBOR TÓTH KOLLÁTH Law Firm and the JÁMBOR TÓTH KOLLÁTH & PARTNERS Associate of Lawyers  aims to renew in a creative way the lawyer-client relationship, in the interests of the client with a modern and dynamic approach, which has been frozen into a hierarchical and stagnant state for the last century.

Our main area of expertise is the "business law", which primarily involves providing legal assistance and partnership to companies in their financial-business relationships and in the pursuit of their strategic objectives.

We focus on permanent representation of companies, economic, financial, commercial and corporate law. We provide assistance in the legal resolution and management of problems arising in the day-to-day operations of companies. We specialise in providing guidance to international companies and foreign investors in the Hungarian financial and legal environment.
