Our Law Firm specialising in the needs of the business and competitive world, and consciously following a Western model that differs from the classic domestic lawyer model.
We believe that the practice of law is a product, like any service, which must be constantly improved and developed, and which must meet the client's needs with humility and without privilege.
Accordingly, we believe in competition and quality, and strive for excellence and perfection in our service. Our staff is constantly trained, and our office consciously uses and develops all technical innovations.
We use business management and quality assurance systems to organise our work processes in the best possible way.
As a law firm founded in Miskolc and as local patriotic lawyers, we are familiar with the specificities, characteristics and legal problems of the region. We believe that Miskolc and the North-Eastern region, despite all its difficulties, offers great economic and business opportunities for those who are persistent and willing to work towards their dreams.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our philosophy and belief is that the lawyer's job is not to say what the client wants to hear, as opposed to what is real and to raise false hopes or unrealistic expectations, but to represent the truth and the facts, even when it is not good to be confronted with them.
That is why we always, even harshly, but honestly and straightforwardly, explore realistic legal options.
Our symbol, reflecting the above credo, is the legend that "la Bocca della Veritá" - "the Mouth of Truth" - bit off the hand of the liars.

CSR
We feel a responsibility for our city and our environment, believing that success only makes sense if you can share it with others. In addition to our profession as lawyers, we are involved in many civic and community initiatives, actively and enthusiastically trying to do something for our environment.
Rotary
We're members of the local Rotary Club of Miskolc part of the Rotary International which founded 100 years ago by Paul Harris a lawyer from Chicago Rotary is a non-political international organization of people who are willing to take responsibility and want to do better.
As such, we are actively involved in many of Rotary's charitable and community programmes. Every year we help organise the December Santa Claus Run, which promotes the city's high schools and educates young people about health.
In addition, we traditionally collect donations for the club's support of such important target groups as the Miskolc Hospice Foundation and the Association for the Mentally Disabled.
We are also involved in the organisation and coordination of the International Youth Exchange Program, keeping in touch with foreign exchange students coming to Miskolc, helping them to integrate, learn the language and get to know Miskolc and Hungary.
CineFest
In 2020, we were delighted to be one of the main sponsors of the event and to contribute to the realisation of Hungary's most prestigious film event, the CineFest Miskolc International Film Festival.
As film lovers, this festival holds a special place in our hearts, as every year this event takes place under the windows of our Miskolc Office, where Juliette Binoche and Claudia Carnavale, among others, have personally participated.
Sport Life
As sports fans, we don't just go to the matches but we also support several sports teams in the city, such as the DVTK Ice Bears, the Miskolc Ice Hockey Team, the Miskolc Judo Association, and the DVTK Club, the city's football team with a long history and legendary fan base, which has been in existence since 1910.
Just like in law and business, tactics are crucial in sport, reacting quickly and even the slightest mistake can easily lead to failure.
Area development projects
As local patriots, we help and support as much as we can any social initiative or project that provides a breakthrough and development opportunity for groups in the region who are in difficulty. We support the work of several regional associations and social cooperatives through our pro bono activities. We are extremely proud to have been able to actively support the work and successful development of the Regional Social Cooperative Together for One Another, one of the exemplary model projects presented to the plenary session of the European Parliament.
