A korlátolt felelõsségû társaságok (kft.) és a civil szervezetek is egy év haladékot kaptak az új Polgári törvénykönyv (Ptk.) azon rendelkezéseinek átvételére, amelyek határideje eredetileg idén március 15-én járt volna le. A döntés értelmében a kft.-knek legkésõbb 2017 tavaszáig kell hárommillió forintra emelniük törzstõkéjüket.
